Wow! What a season it has been. As our year began, who would have guessed that in the coming months we would live through a history making moment? COVID-19 has impacted our lives in so many ways. The virus has disrupted our lives physically, mentally, socially, and financially. In the middle of everything around you, consider one question today. “How am I doing?”
During a high stress season it’s easy to focus on all of the external circumstances and forget about the internal. Take care of your body and your mind and connect with others to benefit your mental health. Make it a daily habit to ask yourself “How am I doing?” If the answer to that question is consistently unhealthy it may be time to ask for help.
For Tomorrow is here to help provide resources and options for your well-being. There are many great local and national groups that can provide support. If you are in need of these resources contact us.
